Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a Store Credit or Replacement item.
All sales final for closeout, discounted and/or discontinued items.
Pen Blanks, Specialty items or Tube in cast items are non refundable.
If a refund is warrented you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Cast Blanks Pre-Tubed or Solid Cast:
Blanks will need to be squared to the tube. We recommend squaring them with a sanding jig and sander. If you use a pen mill to square your blanks please be aware that there is always a chance of shattering your blank or heating the tube and the label turning loose. THIS IS NOT A MANUFACTURING DEFECT! There are no warranty written or implied for shattered blanks. We can assure you are receiving a quality blank that is poured and stored in a heated facility.

Items returned will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
